Jen Karetnick is the author of five poetry collections, four cookbooks, and five poetry chapbooks, including The Crossing Over, winner of the 2018 Split Rock Review chapbook contest. She is co-founder/co-editor of the daily online literary journal, SWWIM Every Day. Jen works as the dining critic for MIAMI Magazine and as a freelance lifestyle journalist.

Jack B. Bedell is Professor of English and Coordinator of Creative Writing at Southeastern Louisiana University where he also edits Louisiana Literature and directs the Louisiana Literature Press. His latest collections are Elliptic (Yellow Flag Press, 2016), Revenant (Blue Horse Press, 2016), and No Brother, This Storm (Mercer University Press, 2018). He has recently been appointed by Governor John Bel Edwards to serve as Louisiana Poet Laureate 2017-2019.

Her poems have appeared in numerous anthologies and journals. Alexander is also the author of books for young readers. She works in the field of educational publishing.
